Dieses Pfannkuchen vom Blech Rezept ist wirklich zum Reinlegen! Wir sind riesige Fans von Ofenpfannkuchen geworden und probieren gerne verschiedene Varianten. Wie hier mit Blaubeeren oder auch mit Banane oder Äpfeln .. es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten und alle sind lecker! 🙂
Bei uns gibt es gerne mal ein besonderes Frühstück am Wochenende. Häufig gibt es Eier in verschiedensten Varianten, manchmal Pancakes oder Waffeln und manchmal eben auch diesen Ofenpfannkuchen. Das Rezept haben wir aus dem Charity Kalender vom Boardgamedigger und haben es ein kleines bisschen gepimpt. Wir geben dem ganzen nämlich noch eine karamellige Note durch den braunen Zucker.
Wundert euch nicht bei der Zubereitung, denn der Teig ist eigentlich kein richtiger Teig, sondern eher eine Flüssigkeit. Aber das passt so.. probiert es ruhig aus. Wir haben auch im Rezept auch ein Bild mit hinterlegt, damit ihr seht, dass es bei uns auch so aussieht. Wichtig ist nur, dass ihr euer Backpapier gut positioniert, damit der Pfannkuchen nicht am Blech haftet und ihr ihn gut raus nehmen könnt. Die Konsistenz vom Pfannkuchen ist auch weniger teigig/kuchig, sondern eher etwas wabbelig-weich (ein bisschen in Richtung Pudding), aber ultra lecker. Einfach mal was anderes 🙂 Das Ganze funktioniert auch in der Pfanne, das hatten wir euch hier schon mal gezeigt.

Wenn ihr also mal Lust auf ein etwas anderes Frühstück habt, dann probiert euch doch mal an den Blechpfannkuchen. Das coole daran ist: Es geht mit jedem Obst! Wir machen die z.B. gerne auch mit Banane oder auch Apfelstücken. Aber auch Mandarinen, Birnen oder einfach noch andere Beerenvarianten könnten wir uns super vorstellen. Und im Sommer wird mal eine Variante mit frischen Erdbeeren aus dem Garten getestet! Hach .. da kriegt man direkt wieder Hunger drauf!

Was wäre das für eine tolle Welt, wenn alle am Tisch gleichzeitig ihren Pfannenkuchen bekommen würden, ohne Warezeit, ohne dass die ersten Pfannkuchen schon wieder kalt sind, ohne dass etwas anbrennt. – Für alle die jetzt sehnsüchtig den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lassen und auf die Rettung warten – hier ist sie schon. Schiebt den Pfannkuchenteig doch einfach in den Ofen!
Der Pfannkuchen aus dem Ofen ist keine bahnbrechende Erfindung, man muss es einfach nur machen. Die Vorteile liegen auf der Hand. Es gibt weniger Geschirr abzuspülen, alle bekommen gleichzeitig zu essen und wer mag kann den Pfannenkuchen nach Herzenslust belegen. Egal ob süß oder herzhaft – nur mischen würde ich es nicht. Außerdem ist die Gefahr, dass der Pfannkuchen anbrennt deutlich geringer als in der Pfanne.
Die Pfannkuchen sind ohne alles nicht sehr süß (Wer will kann mehr Zucker nehmen). Schmecken Lecker mit Erdbeermarmelade, Apfelmus oder Nutella + Bananen.
